Our Quick and Easy Donation Process

When you join our Class C motorhome donations program, we’ll make the process as easy as possible. Our team will handle the details for you once you decide to donate your RV.

Our donation process has three simple steps:

1. Get in Touch With Us.

You can call us at (866) 540-5069 or complete our online donation form to get started. Just share some basic details about your motorhome, and we’ll contact you to arrange pickup. We’ll tow your vehicle away at no cost to you. You can also choose a pickup date, time, and location that works best for your schedule.

2. We Pick Up Your RV.

You don’t need to be there when our tow truck driver arrives. Just let us know ahead of time and make sure your Class C motorhome is ready, along with its title and keys. We’ll give you a towing receipt when we collect your vehicle. You can use this receipt to help cancel your insurance coverage and DMV registration.

3. You Get Your Tax-Deductible Receipt.

We’ll arrange to have your Class C motorhome repaired and prepared for sale when needed. Then, we’ll send it to an auction house in our network. Our goal is to get a strong sale price, which may help you qualify for a larger tax deduction. Within 30 days after your RV sells, we’ll mail you a sales receipt showing the amount received. Keep this receipt with your tax records when you file your return. Your actual deduction will depend on IRS rules and your tax situation.

Can You Donate an Older or Non-Running Class C Motorhome?

Your older Class C motorhome may still have value, even when repairs cost more than they’re worth. We may accept RVs with engine or transmission problems, electrical issues, plumbing trouble, worn interiors, or water damage. Some motorhomes that no longer run may also qualify for donation.

Whether we can accept your RV depends on its condition, location, title, and towing access. We’ll also consider whether any major parts are missing. Class C motorhomes from brands like Winnebago, Coachmen, Forest River, Thor Motor Coach, and Jayco may qualify for donation.

Other Types of Vehicles You Can Donate

Besides your Class C motorhome, do you have an old motorcycle or another vehicle you no longer need? You can donate those vehicles to us, too!

We accept nearly all types of vehicles, including many that aren’t in great condition. However, we can’t accept stolen or abandoned vehicles. We also can’t accept vehicles with so much damage that they no longer have meaningful value.
